Life moves fast. The art on my walls slows me down, in a good way. Each individual work in my home holds a memory of a place, a time, a person. Sometimes I recall the memory, and sometimes I notice a new detail. Often a painting starts a conversation with my children or with friends.
My walls and tabletops are filled with art that is special to me. On a typically hurried day, art slows me down—to see, to appreciate, and to remember.
